These terms cover use of this website. Receiving, storage and delivery services are covered by your separate agreement with VTT, and that agreement wins if anything here conflicts with it.
1. Using the site
By using vttenterprises.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Shipment tracking
Tracking shows the status we have recorded for a shipment. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it’s provided “as is” and may lag behind what’s happening on the floor or on the road. For anything time-sensitive, contact us. Tracking can be searched by VTT number, carrier tracking number, Amazon TBA or PO. It can’t be searched by name.
3. Site logins
Site pages are for people we’ve authorized at our customers’ delivery sites. Keep your password private and don’t share your login. We may turn off a login at any time. Staff pages are for VTT staff only.
4. Don’t misuse the site
Don’t try to get into accounts or data you aren’t authorized to see, scrape or bulk-download tracking data, overload or probe the site, or submit false or spam quote requests.
5. Quotes
A quote request isn’t an order or a contract. Any quote we send is an estimate until we both sign a written agreement. Service details such as receiving windows, after-hours and weekend service, delivery schedules, damaged and unclaimed packages, and quarantine hold periods are set by that agreement.
6. Our content
The site, its design, text and logo belong to VTT. Don’t copy or reuse them without permission. Carrier names are used only to describe who we receive from and belong to their owners.
7. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
8. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, VTT isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or relying on tracking information. Liability for shipments themselves is governed by your service agreement.
9. California law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies once it’s posted here with a new effective date.
