What does VTT do?
We’re an off-site receiving and delivery partner. Parcels, LTL freight and pallets for your sites are shipped to our Modesto or Rancho Cordova warehouse. We check in every piece with a scan and a label photo, build a pallet for each site, and deliver it on our own trucks.
Which areas do you serve?
The Central Valley and Greater Sacramento: Modesto, Stockton, Tracy, Turlock, Patterson, Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Vacaville and Oakley. Shipping somewhere else? Ask us. We add routes as customers need them.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM at both warehouses. After-hours and weekend receiving or delivery can be arranged ahead of time.
How do I track a package?
Use the tracking box at the top of this page with the VTT number, the carrier’s tracking number, the Amazon TBA or the PO. For privacy you can’t search by a person’s name. If a PO doesn’t find it, try the tracking number: not every label shows its PO.
Do you take pallets, LTL freight and oversize items?
Yes. Along with parcels from UPS, FedEx, USPS and Amazon, we receive LTL freight, vendor trucks, pre-built pallets and oversize pieces. Oversize items travel with their site’s pallet.
What happens if a box arrives damaged?
It’s photographed and flagged when it’s checked in, so there’s a record of its condition on arrival before it goes any further.
What if a label has no site or can’t be read?
The box is held in quarantine and listed on a weekly list for the sites to claim. Unclaimed boxes are held up to 30 days (final notice at 20 days) and then may be disposed of.
Do I get proof of delivery?
Yes. Each delivery is recorded with a photo and who received it, and it shows up in tracking.
Do you offer courier or rush delivery?
Yes. Same-day courier runs and rush deliveries to your sites, including after hours and weekends by arrangement.
How do I get a quote?
