How we handle your information.

The short version. We collect what we need to receive, track and deliver shipments and to answer quote requests. We don’t sell your information, we don’t run ads, and we don’t track you across other websites.
What we collect

Cookies and analytics
We use one kind of cookie: a sign-in cookie that keeps staff and authorized site users signed in. It is required for those pages to work and isn’t used for anything else. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to our website. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across sites. We don’t use advertising or marketing cookies.
Do Not Track. Because we don’t track visitors across websites, our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
Who we share it with
- Our customers and their delivery sites, for the shipments that belong to them.
- Service providers that run our systems for us, only to provide their service: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and website analytics), AI services that read text from shipping-label photos (Google and Anthropic), Slack (internal and customer notifications) and Google (business tools and address lookups).
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our staff or others.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep shipment records and photos as long as we need them to serve our customers and keep business records, quote requests as long as needed to follow up and for our records, and daily backups for 30 days. Unclaimed-package records are kept with our quarantine records.
How we protect it
Information is stored with Cloudflare and protected by encryption in transit, sign-in requirements and limited staff access. Public tracking shows shipment status only, never names, and can’t be searched by name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for legal, business-record or customer-contract reasons. Email info@vttenterprises.com. We’ll confirm your request and reply within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
